heat treat process assuring proper growth and alignment of both primary and secondary carbides and 650 BHN minimum through hardness.
Our heat treat process also requires a two-step machining procedure.
The combination of these chemical properties and the specific heat treat process
assures extended wear life, reducing unit cost.
