Slurry Pump Parts by Magnum utilizes Bellenite H28B on all their wet-end parts, a chromium white iron material equivalent to ASTM A532 III A, that we have incorporated to our proprietary 3-step heat treating processing. This assures proper growth and alignment of both primary and secondary carbides, which produces a 650 BHN through hardness. Our heat treat process also requires a two step machining procedure.

The combination of these chemical properties and the specific heat treat process guarantees our customers extended wear life, reducing unit cost.
